This proprietary surface technology results in excellent column-to-column reproducibility. The nature of the chemical bonding and the maximum bonding density of the thin film benefit SRT SEC phases with high stability and negligible non-specific interactions. Monomeric and fully endcapped Bio-C4 packing is bonded with butyl groups that lead to moderate hydrophobicity. Bio-C4 packings of 300 Å pore size selection are ideal for high resolution mapping of peptides and separation of intact proteins, and natural and synthetic peptides.
Sepax Technologies Inc Sepax HPLC Column Carbomix Ca-NP10, 10% Crosslinkage, 7.8 x 300 mm
Carbomix phases are composed of spherical, low cross-linking polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) particles with their surfaces modified with sulfonic acid (-SO3H), followed by chelating of metal ions of calcium (Ca2+), lead (Pb2+), sodium (Na+) or potassium (K+) to form Carbomix Ca-NP, Pb-NP, Na-NP, K-NP phases, respectively. The PS/DVB support has cross-linking degree of 5%, 8% and 10% with the particle sizes of 5 and 10 µm. The uniform particle size adds the benefit of high separation efficiency to Carbomix. Carbomix resins have been specifically designed for high resolution separation of carbohydrates, organic acids, peptides, and nucleic acids.

GP-C8 phase is synthesized with monomeric and fully endcapped chemistry. The uniform octyl stationary phase allows high efficiency with lower hydrophobicity compared to ODS phase. GP-C8 phase is suitable for separating compounds with a wide range of hydrophobicity. It is highly recommended for separating the compounds which are too strongly retained on C18 phases.

Proteomix RP packings are porous polystyrene divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) polymer resins with narrow-dispersed particle size distribution. The base matrix of the resin is made of highly cross-linked PS/DVB which functions as reversed phase for chromatographic separation. The phase structure is phenyl and substituted phenyl functional groups that enable hydrophobic interaction. These highly rigid resins are provided with the particle size selection of 5, and 10 µm. In comparison to silica based reversed phase media, Proteomix RP phases have advantages for biomolecule separations with wide pH range (1-14) and high thermal stability. At various column temperatures, the Proteomix RP phases offer special selectivity, high resolution separation with online mass spec analysis capability for proteins such as mAb (monoclonal antibody), ADC (antibody drug conjugate) and related protein fragments.

With a polar and N-containing ring structure, Polar-Pyridine phase is a weak base and adequate for many applications, such as pharmaceuticals, peptides, sugars, and nucleotides.
